Terms of Service

Last updated September 30, 2026 · Diplos Marketing LLC

PizzaDrop is operated by Diplos Marketing LLC (“PizzaDrop”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply to businesses that create an account and send pizza offers (“Customers”) and to people who claim a pizza through a PizzaDrop link (“Recipients”). By using PizzaDrop you agree to them.

1. What PizzaDrop does

Customers create a link that offers a pizza lunch to the people they list. Recipients claim it, choose a delivery time and give delivery details, and we arrange the order with an independent local restaurant through third-party ordering and delivery services. The restaurant prepares and delivers the food.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.
  • You must be authorized to act for the business you sign up for, and at least 18 years old.

3. Credits, charges and refunds

  • Customers prepay credits by card. Sending links is free; when a Recipient claims, the claim's budget is held against your credits.
  • When an order is placed, you're charged the itemized order total shown on that order's receipt (pizza, tax, delivery, service and a 15% driver tip), never more than the budget you set per prospect. The rest of the hold is released.
  • If an order can't be placed or is cancelled before it's placed, nothing is charged for it.
  • Credits don't expire. Unused credits may be refunded to the original payment method on request when you close your account, less any amounts owed.
  • Prices and fees shown at the time of a claim apply to that claim. We may change fees going forward with notice.

4. Your outreach and your responsibilities

  • You're responsible for the messages you send containing PizzaDrop links, including compliance with anti-spam laws (such as CAN-SPAM) and your recipients' opt-out requests.
  • You're responsible for making sure offering a gift is appropriate for the people you send it to — including gift and anti-bribery rules, and restrictions that apply to government employees or regulated industries.
  • You must have a lawful basis to provide the email addresses you upload, and you may only use Recipient information you receive through PizzaDrop for legitimate business follow-up.
  • No misuse: no fraudulent claims, no attempts to get around claim limits or verification, and no interfering with the service.

5. Orders and delivery

  • Food is prepared and delivered by independent restaurants. We don't control food quality, ingredients or allergens, or delivery timing, and can't guarantee them. Recipients with allergies should check with the restaurant.
  • Until 3 hours before delivery, Recipients can change the time or cancel from their link. After the order is placed, changes, cancellations and delivery issues are handled by the restaurant, whose details we provide.
  • If a restaurant can't accept an order, we'll ask the Recipient to choose another time; the Customer isn't charged for the failed order.

6. Recipients

Claiming is free for Recipients and doesn't create any obligation to the Customer. Recipients must give accurate details, use their own work email, and only claim offers meant for their organization. Offers are one per person and may be limited per company, and may end when the link expires or the Customer's limit is reached.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. Customers can see who claimed and when, but not delivery addresses.

8. Disclaimers and liability

PizzaDrop is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

9. Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or to prevent fraud or abuse, and may pause ordering at any time to protect Customers or Recipients.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; if changes are material we'll give notice in the app or by email, and continued use means you accept them. Questions: hello@pizzadrop.ai.
